It was established in June 1990 and located in the Fuxing West Road, Xushui county, adjacent to Jingguang Railway, 107 State Road, 110  km away from Beijing, and 24 km away from Baoding, in the Beijing-Tianjin-Baoding triangular lots, the transport is convenient.
